All Quiet on the Martian Front - Gatherer Tripod
I got the Gatherer Tripod last year and due to the badly cast resin part it put me off building it. I contacted Iron Clad games and they sent me a replacement which was very good customer service. Unfortunately the replacement part was worse than the original, they have mentioned that they will redo the mould at some point. Anyway that put me off starting it until now.
First up you can see the poor casts and poor fitting of the resin parts.
But with some sanding and green stuff I can make it fit.
Then onto some milliput to smooth things over

Next I will look at attaching the arms.

Space Ork Buggy
Restarting my Rogue trader project I aim to get some Orks finished first. The first to be painted is a Buggy, I have two more to paint then I will get on with the Space Ork Raiders set.
Regiment of Renown RR5 - Harboth and the Black Mountain Boys
Finished my first box of Harboth and the Black Mountain Boys with Harboth himself. Only 3 more boxes to go. They originally came with 8 troopers and a Leader (Hero, Standard or Musician). Leter on when they introduced the Champion it went down to 7 Troopers. I may end up painting 9 troopers for each set so I end up with a nice round 40.
Armorcast Warhound Titan
I have wanted a Titan for ages and kept looking at the Forge World ones. Even though the FW ones are great they just didn't do it for me as I still remember Epic. Well for my Birthday I got an Amorcast Warhound and Reaver Titan. First up I have finished the Warhound over the holidays. Great fun to paint and have now started on the Reaver with the same paint scheme. I would love to get an Armorcast Ork Gargant but they are out of my price range but will keep and eye out for the Baneblade.
