Abbey and other Terrain

Fitted the windows and bits of trim to the Abbey la Maisontaal.  Have now started putting on the base colour of Skeleton bone.  Still lots to do.



I am going to but it on a 2' x 2' board with some broken walls as well.

I have also been working on some sci fi terrain.  Some from Systema Gaming and some scratch built. Just got to work out what colour to do the floor on the large terrain piece and what colour to do the doors on the desert buildings.

    I saw your post on LAF and had to see more. The abbey has got me very excited to see more. The dungeon/cave entrance is amazing too.

    What did you use for the coating on the sci-fi buildings?

      The Abbey is based upon the one in WD 267, it won't be as good as that as I don't have the eye for detail like some folks.

      The coating on the sci fi buildings is a mix of PVA, water, fine Sand and filler. I have also painted them with a textured masonry paint.
